This Privacy Policy explains how Blueberries Asia PLT ("SiapSemak", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your personal data when you use the SiapSemak website and any related vehicle history report services, including through integrated partner platforms (the "Service"), in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Vehicle plate numbers, chassis numbers / VINs, and specific report queries.
• Order, payment, and transaction details.
• Messages and customer-support enquiries.
• IP address, device, browser, and usage information via cookies and similar technologies.
• Information received from payment, platform, and vehicle-data providers.

Note: Payment information is processed directly by our third-party payment gateway provider — SiapSemak does not store your complete credit/debit card details.

How We Use It

We use your information to process payments, generate and deliver Reports, notify you when Reports are ready, maintain your transaction history, provide customer support, improve and secure the Service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements. Required input fields are clearly indicated — without them, we are unable to process your payment or deliver a Report.

In compliance with the Notice and Choice Principles of the PDPA, we will only send you marketing communications where you have explicitly opted in or given prior consent. You retain the right to opt out of marketing at any time.

How We Share It

We may share necessary information with vehicle-data and report providers, payment processors, partner platforms through which the Service is accessed, cloud hosting, email and notification providers, analytics providers, and professional advisers or government authorities where required by law. These parties may only access what is strictly needed to perform their services. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Cookies and Log Data

We use cookies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and analyse traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Service may then fail to function properly.

Data Storage and Security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. We apply industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect your data. Where data is processed outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are applied, consistent with the PDPA's cross-border transfer requirements.

Subject to the limits of the PDPA, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw your consent, limit certain processing, or request deletion of your data. Note that withdrawal or deletion may affect our ability to continue providing certain services to you.

Third-Party Links & Children's Privacy

The Service may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices we do not control. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here with a revised date, and continued use of the Service means you accept them.
