Terms & Conditions

By accessing the SiapSemak website or purchasing a vehicle history report ("Report") through it or any integrated partner platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms, set by Blueberries Asia PLT (Company No. 202304000829) ("we", "us").

How It Works

Submit a vehicle registration number or chassis number/VIN, and pay the displayed fee. Your Report is generated and made available through the Service, and emailed to you if an email address is provided. You must be 18+ years of age, provide accurate information, and keep any account credentials confidential.

Data Accuracy

Reports are compiled from available third-party records (including but not limited to insurers, automotive databases, and government agencies), which we do not own or independently verify. We cannot guarantee a Report is complete, current, or error-free.

A “no record found” or similar result means only that no matching record was identified within the data sources available to SiapSemak at the time of the search. It must not be interpreted as a certification, warranty or guarantee that the vehicle has never been involved in an accident, flood, insurance claim, repair or other incident.

A Report is for general informational purposes only. It does not replace a professional physical inspection (e.g., PUSPAKOM) or your own due diligence. You are entirely responsible for verifying anything material to your decision before buying, selling, or insuring a vehicle.

Payment & Refunds

Fees are shown before checkout. Report generation starts immediately after payment. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once processing begins.

Refunds apply only where payment succeeded but a verified technical fault on our end completely prevented delivery — we will reprocess, replace, or refund at our sole discretion. A Report returning clean records (i.e., no adverse or flagged history), or a vehicle turning out differently than you expected, is not grounds for a refund.

Acceptable Use

You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise commercially redistribute any Report or Service content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Intellectual Property

All SiapSemak trademarks, designs, report formats, and software belong to or are licensed to Blueberries Asia PLT. Buying a Report gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own reference only — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

Availability

An internet connection is required. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your ISP, carrier, payment provider, or third-party platforms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons.

Third-Party Partner Platforms
Where the Service is accessed through a third-party partner platform, that platform facilitates access to the Service only and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or content of the Report. The Report remains subject to these Terms regardless of the platform through which it is accessed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance solely on a Report, incomplete or inaccurate third-party data, information you submitted incorrectly, or your failure to arrange an independent physical inspection of the vehicle. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

Suspension

We may restrict or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or pose a security or fraud risk.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, and continued use of the Service means you accept them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
